"The things that have been done to me, as a result of embodying the Truth, and likely because of my 'minority' demographics, as well as Gifts, perhaps along with countless other people, on a regular basis, puts me in a position to have to conclusively admit, as I did, just today, that The United States is not a civilized anything. I am. And everything that has been done to me, as an example, in regard to my Power Yoga teaching, any form of 'work,' places of safe refuge for lack of a real family, the destruction of both my literal and conceptual ideas of 'home'...is no less than attempted murder, violence, and conscious, willful warfare. When all who have suffered, similarly, beyond possible repair, in terms of what has truly been destroyed, finally admit this to themselves, only then will the evil so commonplace in this country cease to exist. Warriors of Purity and Virtue will rise up and form a new Union. There is no sanity, much less virtue, in letting the Monsters buy or own you. I think there are some who are such Warriors who are hiding in the current milieu, even now. This is not only unconscionable but marks a potential end to all of us." -Amy Jin
