"It would behoove all involved if tours by candidates were: Introductory establishing/reiterating fundamental platform themes, then predominantly Q & A to allow each indiv. market to know how that candidate either fits, or doesn't fit, the needs of that market. I am so supportive of many things about Candidate Yang standing up to lead this country. I am still looking for specifics, however, on Change that I don't want to have to go digging for in an exceedingly booked life. If I take the time to show up, I want to learn a lot about the candidate in a relatively short period of time. Also, a full hour, or more, would be better. I appreciate the witness/testimonials of my fellow Iowans/in some cases, Party leaders, but we need a better way to vet our elected officials, especially our Presidents. Any moment where they show up to speak, we should feel more like students in an elite classroom, rather than consumers receiving a Marketing pitch.
