So, not only did Sam's Club, staying privy to all of this, saying the exact same things most of you do (The guy managers), selling me on their M.I.T. program as a definite "Plan B" if anything bad would happen, another over 2 hours interview with Allison, the Membership Manager who's not even from Dubuque or Iowa, after the company starts having technical difficulties posting the now-available (around July 4th) program in Dubuque's territory to external candidates, they change their tune and are NOT going to offer it externally at all. So there's the full-time Membership Lead (under a Membership Manager), in-store position and a part-time MSS role I'm told to apply for, because I'd be golden with any of them. Well, apparently, A. she'd never hire anyone who'd mention they're "overqualified" in the interview. Then, why'd you ask me to speak to my Resume in recent years, and do you, also, abhor the truth? In addition, she shook my hand good-bye saying, "I think you're overqualified for this position...but I definitely think you'd be an ideal M.I.T." Suddenly, that's now a mark against me? Perhaps it's because they were already poo-poo'ing the wage I'd said I'd determined was a liveable one, and after saying he could get close (Dennis, GM--from Western Iowa), Allison shot that down, too, stating something 17% less. :) B. she'd never hire anyone who'd say anything "negative" about past employers in the interview. I stopped her dead in her tracks--"Wait--I never said ANYTHING negative. Negative? Or honest." Silence. That "negativity" was the factual data Dennis & Bryan were saying and that they used to propel my interest in the Operation, in the first place, while all this other shady s**t was going on! I was like, "You know what? This is actually good because I've been saying OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again, in all this 'gross overqualification,' as INTERVIEWERS are saying!, that I'm LOOKING FOR A COMPANY ON THE UP AND UP WITH POLICY AND LAW, and basically you're saying you wouldn't stand up in support of either, but you're actively interested in further persecuting someone who's not only overqualified but perfectly capable of doing the job at hand with a smile on her face but would also further break policy and law as the work environment at hand. I would never be successful there, either, then, and I don't see any business doing anything but heading off a cliff with an attitude like that." "O-kay," she said. LOL. Then, when I finally land with another fallen soldier of this Movement who got back up again, after dodging another e-mail from Brett Albarado who contacted me again against orders, the "Telegraph Herald" takes off in the other direction after initially scheduling a briefing meeting to deliver newspapers in my old 'hood (Awwwww....shucks!) for Wednesday because Journalists stopped being capable of holding up the truth a long time ago? Investigative Intaker as "getting picked apart for being overqualified and doing everything right in an environment with no leadership," with definite seeminglyness about some of it being protected class-related, especially given my role in society and already-experienced traumas as Undercover Boss and Yog.
11.8.2016 Was likely cut. Did not write a formal note yet since I saw no need to.
An Apr.21st call with Brown, HR, WEEKS after a dead Integrity Hotline phone call and multiple, diplomatic follow-ups. July 5th. A continued witch hunt which is dead on its face. And another split personality found in the family that recruited me & promised to help, never harm me. Number 1 million.
I'll leave you with a little story. I believe it was on the 4th of July, but there was a couple at the kiosk, when I was walking back to the Beauty Department, and they were kind of looking at me, wanting to connect, but not needing help. So as I went by, I spoke to their situation & said, "Do you have any idea how many husbands I see here holding their wife's stuff while she's busy doing all of this?" and kind of emulated her hand movements trying to shop & pick things out. They both cracked up.

I am, however, in a very suitable accommodations in town for a commitment of two weeks, for lack of accommodations that are anywhere close to reasonably priced, even on love Offering.
Acceptance of this happier ending came after seeing the damage at the house & in the neighborhood where I grew up, after the storm the other day. It was a little too much gravity, to be frank.
Will be working some Magic on forward movement in the days I've been granted to do so.
For what it's worth, the Owner of The Glenview Motel, with over a year of witness--and lessons meted out by me--bid me "Adieu" yesterday by hearing about the full scope of what I was dealing with, and apparently there are, presumably, Indian-American Hospitality friends of his who are looking to buy some of the area hotels. He said they would love to hire me--"hard-working," he said (Plus, he's convinced I'm a doctor [Wink])--and "they would give you 40 hours a week," not to mention more contacts who could possibly serve as resources to finally get to Mysore.
I may not have to do that, however, because I also believe someone else local, potentially with a salary to offer, is interested in my person.
A lack of traumas to those of you who, also, simply don't have the karma for it.

Your idea of "amazing" is a creepy stalker who I asked to stop contacting me last year. You now have documentation of where he's at, a year later.

Finally, while in Kansas City, being briefed about Elevate U.S.A., I directly asked if being blonde would be frowned upon for introductions to Ed Beasley, former City Manager of Glendale, AZ, involved in this, and a potential Board since it was all being lined up for me and informal, from what I was used to.
Darryck's response was actually surprising. He was excited and continued to encourage it via texts in the last couple of weeks, talking about how he couldn't even imagine my being more "stunning" than I already was and that he thought that I should, therefore, go for it!
I said, "Hair color, to me, isn't worth risking credibility points over. Once you get to know people, then you can see what their preferences are and take them into account, feeling more free to play. I'll be keeping my natural hair color, for now."
I'm sure this is all icing on my impeccability and genius I.Q.--LOL!

Law Enforcement is aware of this situation, however, Dubuque does not have a restraining order except in domestic disputes, which I have long ago voiced as anti-wisdom.
I believe Mr.Dean is addicted to my energy and person.
Sanjita Pradhan, involved in state-level Civil Rights work, was originally forwarded the E-Update after I removed her from my communications at my own choosing, but, like Dean, has been removed moving forward, based on my sense of the overall situation, intuitively, and disclosed prejudice against my person.
Last night's KWWL Channel 7: The former Republican (some party-affiliated consortium or the capitol's, in general?) Communications Director under the dome--blonde, possibly a little older, younger than myself?--testifying in a Sexual Harrassment case active in Iowa's state capitol. She testifies she was fired for reporting this and protected class conversation, attitudes, jokes, and harrassment spanning basically all demographics of Race, ethnicity, Religion, gender, and sexual orientation, in her examples on the News, rampant in the capitol building, from what I gathered. I tried to find this online but could not nail it this morning. She said women were harrassed ABOUT their sex lives. As an active norm therein.
I hope that rather than hate, some of you, especially females, realize thru my sharing for the sake of all that exists, that sexual harrassment happens often while a woman is "down" and not while within structure, as a permission to gain her self-sufficiency back. If you are wondering how someone like myself can still be in the situation I'm in, you can count more contacts, interviews, and a**holes sexually harrassing me, or else, in that more important times than I can count. And, if you have 0 tolerance and 0 play as your personal ethic, you're 100% out in the cold--with your amazing virtue, though.

You might also know that not only did the hotel I didn't have a question about call back here, without issue, but Delta Dental's Discrimination Sup. finally called back about the Peosta Dental & Crescent Community Health Center (Dr. Reed, Dr.Humke I was mad about) situation and said they definitely will get this resolved within the week. AND the Medical side said that yes, if I had interviews, they could definitely reschedule my appt.
I am happy to have your contacts' help in getting my life back. Yes, you've left me out in the cold, and I don't know exactly what to tell you other than it seems best to let the chips fall where they may and hope nothing too bad happens.
I'd say fix it--fast--with everybody, or leave it alone permanently, like everyone else who's done something of this nature.
I do appreciate the apology, but you've also been asked more than once now not to contact me unless you're going to fix what's been wronged, without question, and unless you're sure, I'd definitely honor the no contact.

Many of you know about this sitaution and/or my stringent standards, especially at this point, in accepting benevolence, Love Offerings, or even the vetting process of people looking to study with me or wanting close contact with me or Love Yoga: The Movement, period.
After over a year of temper tantrums about this, as if any sane or reasonable person would question my clear processes or legitimate questions over his interest in my person, regardless, I recently was told he was married and, as recently as the last few days, was misrepresenting me as a "Muse" to his "friends and family," including his wife, not as the essential talent recruit (Hence my visit to Kansas City and Des Moines I E-Updated about to be briefed and, basically, evacuated from this area for a little bit. I have been keeping these "opportunities," as they were positioned, under my hat. They are/were commensurate and salaried and possibly would've moved me from leading Power Yoga as primary identity to philanthropically backing my own Movement, either of which was fine, at this point. A phone meeting today was cancelled with the below e-mails about his backing my staying in a better hotel and/or relocating to Kansas City, possibly within the week, after I was told to leave VM's for friends in K.C. Metro with connections in high-level Marketing, Restaurant, Christine Kemper of THE Kemper family in Kansas City, and a fellow Healer/Bodyworker with a potential guest room in a 4-bdrm. house that could be part of the immediate plan on Friday. The role in Kansas City was for a non-profit that had already commenced near Ferguson, MO as Executive Director, starting the program, Elevate U.S.A., from scratch in the urban core. The other is/was for a slightly overqualified but solid Equity Coordinator position in The City of Des Moines' Human & Civil Rights Dept., but/and we know how Iowa is right now, Civil Rights-wise, as all this proves. During my last trip, however, I was taken to meet Joshua Barr, Des Moines' Kelly Larson, and that was good) and "presence" with all that "shine" and charisma and "radiance" he kept mentioning to me. After a call to the DOJ about this, which he was told about, and barring him from contacting me last Fall, which he failed to honor, as I watched him run from the Casey's General Store situation but want to continue some other kind of personal relationship with me, I have told everyone privy I would give him the 2nd chance he kept saying he deserved, but...for what? I believe today I have the answer, as he pulls projections and bulls**t out of his hat similar to that in my own adoptive family, past and current guilty parties in my regard, and past stalkers, predators, and obsessed fans.
I want to tell you that I have felt "better" all morning in such a visceral way after this surfaced in a more substantial way, and if it's any indication, I have never had more complete strangers--and people I know--wave, honk, smile, &/or get out of the way on the sidewalk on my run after practice today, as if they all knew me. On some level, I believe they all have and do.

I guess he looked up The Glenview Motel, & after minimizing and denying, even trying to pump up what it is here, he was pretty much saying firmly he was going to help me stay in 1 of the other non-problematic hotels in town until the week of the 17th when I was supposed to come down, or possibly be there via one of his friends, June, with a guest room.
So he's saying he's this or that and in the clear--Is he saying he's not, obviously, now?

It was nice to meet you at the DOJ Forum in Des Moines.
I'm including, below, some of the fun and friendliness I alluded to, currently ongoing in Dubuque around my person (Read from bottom up)--just one of countless, unbelievable situations around my person as I look to reintegrate back into society in a "normal" capacity after spending most of my adult life on a mountaintop, so to speak, on a spiritual mission and path, mostly encapsulated within pioneering Ashtanga-based Power Yoga.
I am actually writing after Darryck Dean mentioned that you may be able to help me in a caught-up slumlord landlord case from 2013-2014 but which is still ongoing (The state essentially forced the corrupt court system, here in Dubuque County to give me funds back it was illegitimately stealing from my tax refunds--in poverty, due to the mentioned, all-encompassing persecution--if that's even legal, but now they're doing the same). The now-City Attorney, Crenna Brumwell, has recused herself of all Civil Rights action around my person, for similarly bullying me in a courtroom about a $10 parking ticket I was right about (on my website &/or I can tell you--The ICRC knows about it), if that's even legal, and despite my "following" around the country demanding that someone, including the federal gov't, stop what has been happening to me, everyone seems to stand there and watch, including the DOJ in D.C.--so far.
I'm attaching the latest letter I got from John Goerdt (I've been in touch with about everyone possible in the state, including both Senators' offices before the election and Congressman Blum's--Clear interest, but nothing). The State's Attorney's Investigator I've now left 2 messages with has not called back.
I want my stolen funds back by calling the original trial "corrupted" or a "mistrial," even, for a number of different reasons and believe it to be, and this activity attempting to harm me permanently, and my life, needs to stop.
I have never even been able to procure an Attorney. Legal Aid is incompetent &/or similarly corrupt.
I look forward to hearing from you.

It's like that when you're the only one who has used his/her will to embody the Truth and is courageous enough to speak it.
Now, meanwhile, in spite of having to battle off getting talked down to, power tripped on, double-standarded, and having every leadership job offer at store level botched or dismissed or given to someone with no Business roots, despite applying to corporate, and in spite of every GM I'd talked to in larger markets, including the state capitol and the Chicagoland area, stating that they felt, very clearly, I was getting "used and abused," "was already providing leadership but just wasn't getting paid for it," plus harsher things in my support, unsolicited, and being eager to help transfer me THERE, I told them that I was invested in helping improve my hometown and was giving Nancy Robertson first dibbies on me, based on her promises and hopes for me, from interview on, including Love Yoga: The Movement.
I was contemplating evacuating a few months into employment, last year, when I was told I'd have to be there for a while before they'd transfer me, including Nancy, who now doesn't remember saying that, and my internal compass was saying to do so fast, seeing fallout, incompetency, and strangeness around me, including smelling betrayals on the horizon. I did not, though, due to loyalty to Nancy, my intentions, Lisa and Nicole McCarthy, who you may know became 2 of the biggest sources of hostility in operations to me, as many people said they were likely afraid of my taking their job(s) or something similar. Or something even less--anything.
It is now July 5th, 2017. After the "Death of Retail," where 1 of my original career companies (Whole Foods Market) has just been bought out and sold out to yet another company at hand on my website, Amazon.com, as I predicted upon my evacuation of it in 2002, I am somehow privy to not only being completely opposite of where I should be in a corporate hierarchy, as someone exponentially what I was when I WAS salary-earning, but bait-&-switched on a promotion that was supposed to finally produce a livable wage, but I have been prohibited from leadership OR transferring, despite the responses by other GM's for months about my situation, primarily by the District Manager, as I find out that Janet McCarthy, my 1st grade teacher from Resurrection, has been sending my personal texts on to her sister, who has been sending my personal, confidential (screams for help) text messages to the corporate office, 100% guilty of joining in on violations of policy and protected class Law in the building. I am suspended until they can discuss the details (Thank God) of a text message I sent after I was bullied out of the building and felt ill about it, following no response by corporate on anything I was reporting, and finding that I was being thrown under the bus, store management even showing signs they were lying about me behind my back, &/or corporate showing signs they were looking to help do what everyone else has done to me, rather than redefine their environment, which was find something wrong with me, which was really hard to do, especially with everyone else texting me about working their shifts & asking why I wasn't a Manager yet, in addition to adding their own dread and concerns to my mission to make the store a recognizable business, say by Chicago or Fortune 100 standards.
Janet McCarthy, you are dismissed--and banned--until further notice, like lunatics who have violated me and my Movement before you, and you have officially helped not only change the way I see this area and my hometown forever, but have also allowed me to call it my own. I have never been more clear, poised, or ready to assume leadership or whatever responsibility is called for by me, anywhere on this planet, and you have helped me finally feel that--even here. Without question. I have always been and am also prepared to protect, defend, and stand for, as always, any people who know the Truth and who will also put their lives on the line to help me create a utopian world and worldview, starting wherever I choose to be.
Similarly, I have said and will say again that, in spite of myself, my Purpose is based on Peace, not War, though I am an accomplished Warrior, in a number of ways, and I will continue to not only fight, but self-defend against those who come in evil spirit and wish them smote out by Source, or God's, will, as is the only Will alive on this planet.
Should you have a hard time understanding my views or Right to defend myself against life-robbing vampires and aggressors, come to me first. When I text that your niece and the Beauty Supervisor are wished "imminent death" because they are jeopardizing my Work and life and have literally just made me sick to my stomach, and to wish me "the Force," it is actually a highly enlightened, SOFT way of surrendering these embodiments of ignorance to God, rather than doing as most people do, which is lose their god damned minds which, honestly, based on what's been done to me, I would have every legitimate reason to do, but you already know that, based on your support of my path & words for those who have already hurt me.
As you, and many, many others have suggested, I have not gotten a gun, as all reasonable people would have by now. I know. It probably makes me either completely stupid or crazy. Really, though, I just hate violence. Including against me, without reason.
It seems, however, my Purpose is far too stellar...and I will continue to outshine all of the sub-humans who cross my path, not give you far too much accessibility to me by doing anything humanly contemptuous to them. Bringing the fullest extent of Policy, Law, and God's Law, however, to the extent that it has been granted to me, IS not only Purpose but a HUGE part ofmy gift set, as well. And that is not my choice but something for which I was created, as you well know.
So apparently a transfer MAY be in the works, since you all are aware another new friend of mine at the store, and others, have brought a number of things to my attention about all of this, including that he was transferred before most people even noticed he was there. Perhaps the need for this in my regard was highlighted by the proof that just keeps surfacing, more and more and more, including someone in my most intimate circles telling me just a few weeks ago, when I finally disclosed her sister's involvement in my treatment at Kohl's, not only was she outrightly resistant to knowing about it but said immediately, by e-mail, that she was sorry--that they weren't raised like that--and that she'd be happy to be a Reference for me, no matter what. Her answer, however, like everyone else on this long path I've traveled, was that I quit, rather than the truly bad employees be fired immediately, including her relatives. This is clearly, to everyone, a move that was happening last month already, behind my back and under the radar. AFTER I had already been bait-&-switched promoted, including with several-months-late 30 & 90-day Reviews that were pushed through for another attempt at the agreed-to raise (They don't produce those, we found out afterward), which just meant doing twice as much way overqualified for a buck or so more (I was watching all of this with interest so was kind of not interested in quitting right away just then, for a while there--This all makes for REALLY compelling case study at Harvard, should they ever stop discriminating against Asian-Americans). AFTER Nancy Robertson conceded that she'd botched my offer and said she was open to transferring me, if I really wanted. Turns out everyone being investigated was lying about their incidents, which I just found out today, including about Nancy trying to nail me with a "tardy policy problem." All of a sudden. Right. The person who never misses a scheduled shift, requests off through all the proper channels, when I actually do request off, who people have acknowledged does all the work they discover no one else has been doing, on a regular basis, including through the holidays...You all remember I have a stress-related condition that is now putting my life in danger, correct? Well, it came from somewhere.
Let's explore the punch report we all knew was bulls**t, now that I've actually taken a look at it--even though I've got much bigger pokers in the pot, including that good old Buddhist monastery in Asia I keep on talking about, less and less as a joke.
Here's my "tardy problem." Note: They've NEVER questioned my performance or work ethic. Just my Integrity Hotline call because I cared enough to dig my heels in...based on lies that I would have to help run the place so started cleaning house. Didn't know I could've just transferred without caring because they lied about that, too, standing behind me for protection as I voiced the things almost all the "good employees" have said as people who should've done something about it made excuses and started shooting at the Messenger.
Like all found traitors and violators of myself and the ideals I lead, to be fully forgiven, you must do whatever's necessary to make up for what you've wronged, including a formal, public admission of wrongdoing and regret which will be published and broadcast--possibly beyond this country.
Note: The Tardy Policy was not enforced 'til after my Integrity Hotline call and, as usual, the corporate "norms" I single-handedly brought to the table were wielded against me. As an example, I was literally just told today that leaving early, even a few minutes, was wrong, even though it's normal, which Jenna Brown in HR went silent about. Even when they're emergency-style cutting hours. Also, they let me run around saying the grace period on punch-ins/outs (I'm not really a punch-in or out type of employee, but for this dissertation...) was 5 minutes. Apparently it's 6.
There are daily call-ins of people not showing or just not showing. I have never missed a shift and have covered for others, to be nice, not because I wanted the hours. On time. And underpaid. From this scary motel that I have made deal-with-able and has become my throne for soothsaying. They recently found a snake in the store, amongst other things, from what I hear. And from what I'm gathering they think that DePaul University's Business School, in its heyday, is not only the same as UD's Underwater Basket Weaving major but as coming in out of dress code with no aspiration other than to collect your paycheck, with no education, period, even if you skip work to do just about anything.
Here's what they counted as my being gone wrongly:
11.16 Doesn't count--Within the grace period, but I think this is the one they already found & admitted to before I left the location today.
11.22 Left early. Permission by Nancy. That-time-of-the-month problems/not feeling well. Our target market, however, is "women empowered to take care of their families," so this is punishable by law.
12.2 1 min. past the grace period--HUGE problem corporate prospect.
12.16 Almost called in. Problem with a former Law Enforcement official highly admiring--fan? Stalker? and potential landlord, including his new wife, who was one of my practitioners at The Dubuque Community YM/YWCA.
12.21 Called. Ran into Hempstead traffic. Ike said in a later meeting with him and Nancy to just call in MORE late & they normally won't count it. Also after the Integrity Hotline call. Several minutes late?
12.22 May have been post-run bleed day I told Ike about (Cut my foot open on my run after practice, before showering & coming in). He kind of laughed. Athletes get it. S**t happens.
12.26 Nope. That was here.
2.1 Thought it was 2:30P, which everyone laughed about that day because I normally never screw up, but when they start scheduling you all crazy due to imminent death in store status cuts, budgets, and the role they're still using you for but not paying you for, even I can't do that many backbends!!! Did I arrive at 2:31 or 2:29 that day?
2.6 Cuts before & after I got there. I agreed to leave a “couple” hrs. early, which became “7.” This is on the tardy sheet.
2.7 More cutting, though they made Sales & Credit yesterday! Negotiated “8” with Anne. :( Had to leave early against my will, again. Why the hell are these on the tardy sheet?!
2.22 1 min.--"More b.s. notes (Public whippings) from Nicole so had to front her out when I got there. Told Natalie I was interested in her dept., that I was out at 5, instead of sticking around to do inventory prep, as I’d told Nancy I wanted to do, & I called Schaumburg from the parking lot. Almost called in. Sales were way under par yesterday, I saw. With Lisa leading, as usual." I was there by my own choosing, and this is being counted as a tardy?
2.25 Likely told I could go if finished with all my stuff. No notes. "Nancy says it IS the change, 3:51-10:38P 6 H, 47 M
but she still hasn’t heard from Mark yet (Lisa said he’s on vaca). W.T.??!!" I was in the promotion with no raise and no explanation.

I'm the only one who never missed due to snow or ice., including the day when half the store called in. ?

4.17 Bullied out. Smell-violator Kathy & controversial, also-bullied, new Manager, Sonnee, at hand. 2 min. late past the grace period. This is my 1st time in the store since my "best fold job he's ever seen" remark rec'd via Nancy by Loy during the recent visit they had me come in for to basically make the store look " perfect" or, well, corporate, which I did. After they'd zeroed me out in retaliation after the Integrity Hotline call and, when confronted by me about that, Nancy gave me the go-=ahed to come in and do this job "whenever I wanted."
As a portent, I was told to go to the Misses' side Registers to cover a No Show when I got there today, and this older gentleman kept going by, like he wanted to say something to me. When there was finally a clear space for him to do so, when I wasn't handling a Power Yoga class-like line that suddenly formed as soon as I showed up, he said, "Excuse me, miss. Do you have any, you know, benches for husbands to sit on while..." and we both started laughing. I said, "Unfortunately, we really don't. There's maybe something back in Customer Service and benches in the foyer, but..." And he said, "You know, you really need more benches for husbands!"
